Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Maintain detailed electronic health records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Assist in emergency response situations and critical care interventions

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact state license)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in acute care settings
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
