Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in acute care settings including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Document patient observations, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent situations using critical thinking skills

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Kansas or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (ER, MedSurg, ICU preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Proficiency in electronic medical documentation systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
