Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, Med-Surg, and Telemetry units
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining comprehensive patient documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
- Provide patient education and support to promote optimal recovery outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
