Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures
- Exposure/radiography imaging and infection control protocols
- Patient education on post-operative care and oral hygiene
- Digital charting and practice management software proficiency
- Sterilization and instrument preparation per OSHA standards
- Inventory management and supply ordering
- Scheduling coordination and patient communication
Qualifications
- Active DANB certification or state dental assisting license
- 1+ years clinical experience in general dentistry
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Excellent manual dexterity and multitasking abilities
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
