Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Take and develop dental radiographs with precision and care
- Manage patient education on oral hygiene techniques
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict OSHA compliance protocols
- Coordinate treatment plans and digital record management
- Oversee inventory control and supply ordering systems
Qualifications
- Current RDA certification required (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- CPR/BLS certification from accredited provider
- Exceptional chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
