Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure comfort throughout treatment
- Assist dentists during exams, fillings, and restorative procedures
- Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and safety
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols for all instruments and equipment
- Manage patient records and digital dental software efficiently
- Provide post-op instructions and address patient concerns
- Order inventory and manage supply organization
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with digital radiography and practice management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and infection control knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
