Responsibilities
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Assist dentists during procedures including chairside support
- Take and develop dental X-rays using provided digital equipment
- Manage patient records and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Perform infection control protocols and sterilization
- Assist with patient education and post-operative care
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (RDA or DA preferred)
- 1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency with digital imaging software (equipment provided)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and dental sterilization protocols
- Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
