Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorations, crowns, and extractions
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging with provided equipment
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control procedures
- Take accurate dental impressions and pour models
- Prepare treatment rooms and materials efficiently
- Deliver exceptional patient education and comfort measures
- Maintain digital patient records using practice management software
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant diploma or certificate from accredited program
- Current DANB certification or Wisconsin state license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with digital radiography and sterilization systems
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and dental safety protocols
- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical environment
