Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with proper safety protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following OSHA guidelines
- Manage patient records and schedule appointments using our digital system
- Provide chairside support during dental procedures with precise instrument handling
- Deliver post-procedure instructions and educate patients on oral hygiene
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform precise manual tasks
- Attention to detail in sterilization and infection control procedures
- Willingness to complete our 12-week paid training program
- Basic computer literacy for patient record management
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
