Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Manage patient records and schedule appointments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Ensure operatory cleanliness and readiness for next patient
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and immediate availability
