Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical observations accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current Florida Registered Nurse license (or eligible to obtain)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- New graduates and nurses with 0-2 years experience encouraged to apply
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
