Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical hygiene standards
- Take digital dental X-rays and impressions
- Manage patient charts and dental software records
- Order inventory and manage clinic supplies
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Coordinate with front desk for seamless patient flow
Qualifications
- Current Texas Dental Assistant certification or RDA
- X-ray certification (DANB or Texas state)
- 1+ years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft or dental management software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
