Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures
- Digital radiography and intraoral imaging
- Sterilization and OSHA compliance management
- Patient education and post-op care coordination
- Dental software proficiency (EpicDent experience preferred)
- Inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Cross-training in hygiene and front desk operations
- Emergency response protocol implementation
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or DANB required
- Kentucky dental radiography license
- 2+ years clinical dental experience
- CPR/BLS certification
- DEXIS/PracticeWorks software expertise
- Exceptional chairside manner and communication skills
- Attention to detail in infection control protocols
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
