Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including exams, fillings, and extractions
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take dental X-rays and develop radiographs
- Manage patient records using digital software
- Provide chairside support and patient education
- Oversee inventory and ordering of dental supplies
- Maintain strict infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or RDA license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- X-ray certification (DANB or state equivalent)
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft practice management software
- CPR certification (BLS)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
