Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for treatments and assist dentists during procedures
- Take dental impressions and develop radiographs
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory hygiene
- Manage patient records and digital scheduling systems
- Provide post-operative instructions and chairside support
- Order supplies and inventory management
- Assist in dental emergencies and urgent cases
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification or RDA license
- 1+ years of clinical experience in a dental office
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- CPR certification and BLS training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of OSHA and dental sterilization protocols
