Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures
- Digital radiography and intraoral imaging
- Sterilization and OSHA compliance protocols
- Patient education and treatment coordination
- Practice management software proficiency
- Inventory management and supply ordering
- Clinical documentation and record maintenance
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent certification
- Illinois radiology permit (required)
- 2+ years clinical dental assisting experience
- Mastery of Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- Exceptional chairside manner and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and infection control expertise
- Ability to manage multiple procedures simultaneously
