Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields with premium equipment and instrumentation
- Assist surgeons during procedures using specialized tools and technology
- Manage surgical equipment inventory and sterilization processes
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and AORN standards for equipment handling
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical workflow
- Operate advanced monitoring systems and robotic-assisted surgical equipment
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification
- 2+ years of experience in operating room environments
- Proficiency with advanced surgical equipment and sterilization systems
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and surgical procedures
