Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and clinical areas with sterilized instruments and provided equipment
- Assist dentists during procedures using advanced digital imaging tools
- Manage infection control protocols using autoclaves and sterilization systems
- Take digital dental impressions and process radiographs with provided technology
- Maintain patient records using our practice management software
- Order and manage inventory of clinical supplies
- Deliver post-operative care instructions to patients
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification (DAEFCC or DANB)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with digital radiography and CAD/CAM systems
- Strong knowledge of sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical environments
- Valid CPR certification
- Experience with Eaglesoft/Dentrix software preferred
