Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures with chairside support and instrument preparation
- Take and develop dental X-rays following safety protocols
- Manage sterilization and infection control procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure optimal equipment functionality
- Perform patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Manage digital patient records using Eaglesoft software
- Coordinate patient flow and schedule management
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Oklahoma dental radiology license
- 2+ years of clinical dental assisting experience
- Proficiency in dental imaging and sterilization techniques
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- CPR certification required
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
