Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and various treatment procedures.
- Take and develop dental X-rays and digital impressions accurately.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Greet patients warmly, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory of dental supplies.
- Provide post-operative instructions and follow-up care to patients.
Qualifications
- Certification or diploma as a Dental Assistant required.
- Current Florida State X-ray license (if applicable to the role).
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient empathy.
