Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures following strict safety protocols
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Maintain patient records and documentation with HIPAA compliance
- Calibrate and sterilize phlebotomy equipment between patients
- Provide exceptional patient care during blood draw procedures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
