Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and exam rooms for dental procedures
- Assist dentists during treatments including instrument handling and suction
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols for all equipment
- Take dental X-rays and develop radiographs
- Manage patient scheduling and insurance documentation
- Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients
- Order and inventory dental supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Dental Assistant certification preferred (training available)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
