Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Assist dentists during examinations and complex treatments
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Manage infection control protocols and sterilization
- Document patient care in digital health records
- Order inventory and maintain supply organization
- Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant program graduate or equivalent experience
- Indiana Dental Assistant license (or eligible)
- 1+ years clinical experience in general dentistry
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- Exceptional chairside communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently
