Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative treatments and oral surgery
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging with precision
- Manage sterilization protocols and infection control standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Delve patient education on oral hygiene and treatment plans
- Coordinate seamless patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Maintain accurate digital patient records using Dentrix/Eaglesoft
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA license required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Mastery of dental radiography techniques (panoramic, bitewing)
- Proficiency in infection control protocols (OSHA/CDC standards)
- Strong knowledge of dental materials and equipment operation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
