Responsibilities
- Chairside Assistance: Support dentists during examinations and treatments, ensuring smooth workflows and patient comfort.
- Patient Care: Greet patients warmly, explain procedures, and provide post-operative instructions to ensure high satisfaction.
- Instrument Prep: Properly sterilize and prepare dental instruments for each procedure to maintain strict hygiene standards.
- Radiography: Capture and develop high-quality X-rays using digital imaging technology.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and update charts with treatment plans and medical history.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current Arizona Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and Radiography certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a general dentistry setting preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in 4-handed dentistry, coronal polishing, and impression taking.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying schedules.
