Responsibilities
- Perform chair-side assisting for various dental procedures.
- Take and develop high-quality intraoral and extraoral X-rays.
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental materials.
- Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care.
- Manage patient records and update dental charts accurately.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling and insurance verification.
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
