Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for treatment and assist dentists during procedures
- Take dental X-rays and maintain digital imaging systems
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Manage patient records and scheduling software
- Assist with restorative procedures and chairside support
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (DALEA or DANB)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and OSHA standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or dental management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
