Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument handling and suction control
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental X-rays following safety protocols
- Manage patient records and scheduling systems
- Ensure operatory cleanliness and infection control standards
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Order and maintain inventory of dental supplies
Qualifications
- No prior dental experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain state dental radiology certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation to Henderson clinic
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
