Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment roomsTake digital dental X-rays and impressions
- Manage patient scheduling and records using Dentrix softwareProvide chairside assistance with four-handed dentistry techniquesImplement infection control protocols per OSHA standardsDeliver post-operative instructions to patients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Pass background check and drug screen
