Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument preparation and patient monitoring
- Take and develop dental X-rays following safety protocols
- Sterilize equipment and maintain clinical hygiene standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental materials for patient visits
- Manage patient flow and scheduling coordination
- Perform basic administrative tasks including charting and inventory management
Qualifications
- No prior dental experience required – we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small instruments
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid Washington State Dental Assistant certification within 6 months of hire
- Background check and immunization records required
