Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures, including instrument preparation and sterilization
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Take and develop dental X-rays following safety protocols
- Manage patient flow and maintain accurate records
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Order and maintain dental supplies inventory
- Uphold OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- No prior dental experience required - we train you!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping
- Valid NJ state driver's license (if applicable)
- CPR certification (provided during training)
