- Coordinate remote patient scheduling and virtual pre-procedure consultations
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections at patient homes or satellite clinics
- Process and transport specimens with proper chain-of-custody documentation
- Utilize telehealth platforms for patient education and procedure guidance
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all digital and physical patient interactions
- Collaborate with lab teams via virtual case reviews
- Implement infection control protocols during mobile collections
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Phlebotomy Technician certification (PTCB)
- Minimum 2 years clinical blood collection experience
- Proficiency with telehealth software and virtual scheduling tools
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to work independently while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Experience with mobile phlebotomy services preferred
