Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures using chairside techniques and instrumentation
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental equipment
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with proper safety protocols
- Manage patient records and digital charting systems
- Provide post-operative care instructions and patient education
- Order inventory and maintain dental supply organization
Qualifications
- No prior dental experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting
- Attention to detail and commitment to infection control standards
