Responsibilities
- Utilize provided advanced triage equipment to assess patient conditions and determine appropriate care levels
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams using integrated digital health systems
- Implement evidence-based triage protocols with real-time monitoring tools
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems with provided mobile devices
- Provide telehealth consultations using company-provided video conferencing technology
- Train on new medical equipment and digital health platforms
- Maintain equipment calibration and troubleshooting protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas with minimum 3 years emergency/trauma experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
- Experience with advanced diagnostic monitoring equipment
- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment abilities
- Excellent communication skills for high-pressure situations
- Ability to adapt to evolving medical technologies
