Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument preparation and patient positioning
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) following safety protocols
- Perform sterilization and infection control of dental instruments and equipment
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate clinical records
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure optimal stock of supplies
- Deliver post-operative instructions and patient education
- Coordinate with front office staff for seamless patient flow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary – training provided!
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform precise manual tasks
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be willing to complete our 4-week paid training program
