Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures (four-handed dentistry)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take dental X-rays and impressions under guidance
- Manage patient flow and ensure comfort
- Maintain immaculate operatory hygiene standards
- Update patient records and schedule appointments
- Order inventory and manage supply levels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary - we train!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check and drug screen required
