Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assessment in accordance with facility protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and infection control standards.
- Assist in the orientation and mentoring of new nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida (or compact state).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Flexibility to travel and work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
