Responsibilities
- Assist the Dentist: Chair-side assistance during exams and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Patient Care: Greet patients, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Instrument Preparation: Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to strict safety protocols.
- Digital Records: Update and maintain accurate patient medical records and dental charts.
- X-Rays: Take and develop dental X-rays (training provided).
- Front Desk Support: Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience needed – we are looking for eager learners!
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a sterile environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
