Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument handling and suction management
- Perform sterilization and maintenance of dental equipment per OSHA standards
- Take and develop dental radiographs with proper radiation safety protocols
- Manage patient records, scheduling, and inventory tracking using digital systems
- Provide chairside support during dental treatments and restorative procedures
- Deliver post-operative instructions and ensure patient comfort
- Maintain strict infection control and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all shifts
