What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead dentist and hygienists during patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to strict safety protocols.
- Take and develop dental X-rays (training provided).
- Greet patients and guide them through the check-in process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Perform chair-side assisting duties, including suctioning and retraction.
- Ensure the treatment room is clean, organized, and ready for patients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Willingness to complete the mandatory paid training program.
