Responsibilities
- Perform chairside assistance during dental procedures with precision and care
- Take and develop dental radiographs using digital imaging systems
- Manage patient records and scheduling via our cloud-based practice management system
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures
- Deliver post-operative instructions and follow-up communications remotely
- Maintain strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
- Coordinate with insurance companies electronically for claims processing
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Dental Assistant certification or RDA required
- 2+ years clinical dental assisting experience in a fast-paced practice
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar practice management software
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to work independently on administrative tasks remotely
- CPR/BLS certification (current or obtainable within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Valid Washington State driver's license
