Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
- Take dental X-rays and assist with digital imaging
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies
- Update patient records and assist with billing
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Coordinate with front office staff for patient flow
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent experience required
- Nevada state radiology certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid CPR certification
