- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain electronic health records
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries

- Answer multi-line phone system with professionalism
- Process medical forms and maintain confidential records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years medical office experience preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
