Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Take and develop dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical hygiene standards
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies efficiently
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Coordinate scheduling and assist with front desk operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification or radiology license in Arizona
- 1+ years of clinical experience in a dental office
- Proficiency in dental software (E.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix)
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
