Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to RN supervisors
- Administer medications and follow individualized care plans
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain safe environments
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
Qualifications
- Active Texas Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Spanish fluency highly preferred
