Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using our advanced digital imaging systems
- Prepare treatment rooms with sterilized instruments and provided equipment
- Take precise dental impressions using our digital scanners and traditional materials
- Manage inventory and maintenance of provided dental equipment
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene with provided educational tools
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant digital records using our practice management software
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed with provided sterilization equipment
Qualifications
- Current RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) certification or DANB certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a modern dental practice
- Proficiency with digital radiography and CAD/CAM systems
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols
- Excellent chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple equipment and instruments simultaneously
- Valid CPR certification
- Experience with Eaglesoft or Dentrix practice management software
