Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including instrument preparation and patient positioning
- Take and develop dental radiographs with digital imaging systems
- Maintain sterile environments through proper sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Manage patient flow, scheduling, and front desk coordination
- Perform inventory management and supply ordering for clinical operations
- Provide patient education on post-procedure care and oral hygiene
- Assist with digital charting and practice management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior dental experience necessary – training provided
- CPR certification required (will be provided if not certified)
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment

- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
