- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer-specific regulations
- Analyze claim data to identify revenue leakage opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical teams on coding accuracy and documentation
- Generate monthly reports on key performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with RCM systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credentials preferred
- Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
