Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using 4-handed dentistry techniques
- Perform sterilization and infection control protocols (OSHA-compliant)
- Manage patient flow and digital charting using Dentrix/EagleSoft
- Take dental radiographs and assist with digital imaging
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain inventory of dental supplies
- Deliver patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication skills and compassion for patients
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for specialized software)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to downtown Seattle location
