Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist and hygienist during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed.
- Prepare patients for procedures and educate them on post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient comfort.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Completion of a dental assisting program or willingness to enroll in our paid training track.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
